This copyright compliance policy is for www.MyTopTeacher.com (“Site” “we” “us” “Website” or “our”), an Internet website of Fuse Publications Private Limited, and this Copyright Compliance Policy applies to all devices including but not limited to desktops, laptops, notebooks, note pads and mobiles, which you may use to access the Site.
We take due care to protect the intellectual property rights, including that of copyrights, of both our own and others, very seriously. We therefore employ multiple measures to prevent copyright infringement over this Site and to promptly end any infringement that might occur.

If you believe in good faith that your copyright or trade mark; or the copyright or trade mark of a person on whose behalf you are authorized to act has been infringed, you may report the same by filing a copyright or trade mark infringement report, or otherwise provide an electronic communication to the Agent designated below and include the following information:
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. A description specifying the location on our website of the material that you claim is infringing;
4. Your telephone number and e-mail address;
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED ON ANY INQUIRIES UNRELATED TO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (e.g., REQUESTS FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, REPORTS OR E-MAIL ABUSE, etc.) IF SENT TO THE AGENT LISTED ABOVE.
How claims are processed:
If MYTOPTEACHER.COM and/or Fuse Publications Private Limited decide to remove or disable access to the aforesaid Trade Mark / Copyright material, we will notify the affected user(s) after removing or disabling access to the material, provide them with access to the Trade Mark / Copyright along with instructions on how to file a counter-notice.
If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been improperly submitted against you, you may submit a Counter-Notice, regarding Claim of Copyright Infringement form, or otherwise provide a written communication which contains:
1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that removal or disablement of the material was a mistake or that the material was misidentified;
4. Your name and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the District court in the judicial district where your address is located if the address is in the, and that you will accept service of process from the Complainant submitting the notice or his/her authorized agent.

CLAIMS REGARDING CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS (OTHER THAN COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT)
To notify that you in good faith believe that content (“Specified Content”) posted by a User on our website infringes your intellectual property rights or is inaccurate or unlawful, you may complete the Notice of Content and Intellectual Property Violations form and submit it to Agent designated below via our contact us button or email email@example.com. Any assertions made by you in submitting this form are under penalty of perjury.

If you believe the Notice Of Content and Intellectual Property Violations was submitted in error, or if you contest the removal of the allegedly infringing, inaccurate or unlawful content, you may complete a Counter-Notice Regarding Claim of Content and Intellectual Property Violations form and submit it to the Agent designated above by either our contact us button or by emailing email@example.com. Any assertions made by you in submitting this form are under penalty of perjury.
We will process the Counter-Notice in accordance with its policies and procedures which remain in our sole discretion.
IF YOU FALSELY CLAIM AND MISREPRESENT THAT ONLINE CONTENT IS NOT INFRINGING, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO HEAVY PENALTIES, AS MAY BE ADVISED TO US, INCLUDING, CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS, MONETARY DAMAGES, COURT COSTS, AND ATTORNEYS FEES INCURRED BY US AND/OR BY ANY COPYRIGHT OWNER AND/OR, BY ANY COPYRIGHT OWNER’S LICENSEE THAT IS INJURED AS A RESULT OF OUR RELYING UPON YOUR FALSE CLAIM AND MISREPRESENTATION.
A repeat infringer is any user who has made two or more Postings for which we receive a notice of infringement under this Copyright Compliance Policy. We will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Each user agrees that if his or her account is terminated pursuant to this Copyright Compliance Policy, the user will not attempt to establish a new account under any name, real or assumed, and further agrees that if the user violates this restriction by opening a new account after being terminated pursuant to this Copyright Compliance Policy, the user shall indemnify and hold us harmless for any and all liability that we may incur thereof.
This document is the sole and final policy of the Copyright Compliance Policy with respect to this Site, and no other version, summary, policy or restatement thereof, in any form, whether digital or otherwise is valid.
